Our Policies

Ordering

All customer orders placed with Nail Art Supply are filled on a first come first serve basis.  Any products that run out of stock will not be available for purchase on the website until they are back in our inventory.  If you are looking for an item that is “Sold Out” on the website, you can email us at info@nailartsupplies.ca for an estimated arrival time.  Upon your instructions, we are willing to contact you once the backordered product has arrived.

Customers are not required to setup a registered account to make purchases at this time.  The products we currently sell can be used in a variety of industries outside of the manicured nail industry.  As we add future products, we reserve the right to change the account registration requirement.

Customers that decide to register may receive communication from Nail Art Supply on product promotions, new product selection feedback and new products released.  We value our customer’s time, as they all run businesses also, so we keep communication short and to the point.

 

Special Orders

Any customer that is looking to purchase colors, shapes, sizes or package qty amounts that are not listed on the website can email us for more information.  We have the ability to special order products that are outside of our regular inventory.  Special orders must be prepaid and product arrival times will be discussed prior to purchasing.

 

Returns

We do not offer returns on our products.  Please make sure you have selected the correct size and color before your purchase is paid in the check out.  You can contact us if you require more images or size charts of items you are looking to purchase.

 

Shipping

All orders over $40 will receive free ground shipping via Canada Post.  Orders from $20 to $40 will have a $1.95 shipping charge applied to the purchase at checkout.  All ordered below $20 will have a $2.95 shipping charge applied to the purchase at checkout.

Orders are shipped the same day as they are placed, but we can not guarantee the shipment will make the Canada Post daily cut off time.  A signature may be required to receive your order.

Please verify the address you enter for delivery during the cart check out is correct, as this is the address we will ship to.  Nail Art Supplies is not responsible for delayed deliveries as the result of customers entering the incorrect shipping address.

You also have the option of free pickup in the Edmonton area.  Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.

 

Complaints

All customer service issues are to be sent to info@nailartsupplies.ca .  We will work with you to resolve the problem in a timely and efficient manner with a satisfactory end result as the goal.

We always appreciate our clients giving us positive online reviews.  If you are intending on giving us an unsatisfactory review, please contact us prior so we have an opportunity to resolve the problem.
